Cyrille Simard

Cyrille possesses vast experience in Information Management and in the application of technology in order to strengthen organizational abilities. His expertise is recognized on national and international levels. He is appreciated for his pragmatism, the versatility of his experiences and expertise and his attention to detail and quality.

He has previously worked as an international project manager on behalf of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie, responsible for cooperation projects in the fields of Information Technology and Distance Education. In this role, Cyrille published and presented many articles and scientific papers and facilitated many training workshops in Canada, in Europe, in Africa, in Asia, and in the Caribbean, in subjects such as Distance Education, the Internet, Information Technology Use in Education, Development of Multimedia Projects, New Trends in the Field of IT and the Use of IT for Development. He is frequently asked for guidance in Information Technology Strategies by both national and international organizations.

André had the opportunity during his e-commerce studies to participate in a coveted internship paid by Google, Inc. This internship allowed him to work with open source software to develop Internet applications for social networking platforms.
